HR Business Partner / HR Manager - Change/Systems

Our client is a niche business operating in a sector where the very best people look to work and be part of the business constant drive or success in their market. Working for the UK Head of HR and supporting all Change programmes and senior managers this is a very varied change/transformation role. Supporting key change you will be:

-Responsible for the inception, design, implementation and future management focused on continual HR change and improvement across all areas of the business
-You'll support the latest technological enhancements and HR programmes allowing the business to drive change, improve performance and support the business to be as efficient as possible
-Member of the Senior HR team responsible for driving UK change.
-Part of your remit will be to deliver significant cost savings over a 1, 3 and 5 year period.
-You will also make sure you maintain excellent relationships with senior stakeholders through ongoing change programmes including change programmes.

Candidates are likely to have come from a broad generalist HR background and have focused on Change in the last few years of your career. You must be able to evidence all areas required in this role always being able to give examples of change, enhanced value, cost savings, strategy and business transformation.
