As the HR Business Partner you will be experienced with departmental restructures, ER case management and HR projects involving areas relating to job evaluations, salary benchmarking, performance management and Employee Relations.
You will be entering into an organisation that is experiencing change, a suitable candidate will see this as a positive challenge.
