Would you like to work in a fast paced, creative agency that is growing its HR Team.

Reporting to the HR Director you will have the opportunity to develop HR Policies, manage the recruitment processes, on-boarding and oversee compensation and benefits.

Skills within Learning & Development would be an advantage to be utilized to develop short training sessions around HR skills that would be useful to the business.

You will handle Employee Relations matters - mentoring and support will be offered by the HR Director to grow your skill set in the area.

There are plans to open additional offices for the communication industry focussed business so this role has the potential to expand your experience to countries in Europe and Asia.
