Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR for the UK and Europe, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR support. There will be a focus on leading the roll -out and early communication of HR initiatives and programs and overseeing all HR Support to the Business Units.
There will also be the requirement to work closely with other departments such as Learning & development and Compensation & Benefits .
In addition you will be responsible for the recruitment of Middle to Senior Management roles and support Talent Management and Performance Management
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Manager or Business Partner and your experience will have been gained in fast paced, customer facing organisations . You will be used to working autonomously and have a flexible approach, whilst being able to work with members of the wider HR team when required .
