I am working with a leading consumer goods organisation based near guildford on an HR Business Partner role.
You will actively influence the delivery of the overall HR strategy by operating as an integrated member of the Finance Functional Ingredients and Demand Leadership teams. Proactively supporting people managers to drive business performance improvement by leveraging people processes.
This role also supports 'HR for HR'
you will be the provision of HR BP support to all Head Office departments including the Finance, Legal and HR members of the Executive Committee (approx. 200 employees)
To influence the development and delivery of functional team business plans -operating as an integrated member of the functional leadership teams.
·Graduate calibre, CIPD preferred
·Proven track record of operating as an HRBP for a similar customer group.
·Broad HR generalist experience with the ability to coach Managers on areas such as resourcing, performance management and L&D. Knowledge of employment law and Employee Relations processes.
·Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels within the organisation.
·Experience of implementing Company initiatives, leading change projects and Organisational Development
·Personally credible with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance
