HR & business development administrator - Greenwich - Submarine network provider

Immediate start

Role type: Permanent

Salary - £28,000pa - £32,000pa (depending on experience)

HR & business development administrator -

  • General office administration including taking telephone inquiries and responding to emails
  • Take notes during company meetings
  • Manage travel bookings for employees and support as required
  • Act as point of contact with the Occupational Health supplier
  • Responsible for coordinating internal and external training
  • Maintaining and updating all employee records
  • Managment of the full administrative life-cycle of the recruitment process
  • Supporting other members of the team with any administration duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ambitious, organised and hardworking
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills
  • Strong experience in an admin/HR role
  • Any other general adhoc duties
