HR Business Analyst

West Midlands

£48,000 - £50,000 per annum + additional benefits

We are recruiting a HR Business Analyst with proven experience of working on similar scale HR/payroll transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the requirements of projects & ensuring they're communicated to stakeholders & partners
  • Investigate & re-engineer existing business processes, adhering to best practice to improve performance/service delivery
  • Sit close to projects throughout implementation stages & act as a bridge between the business & the solutions team to ensure all requirements are fulfilled

Required Experience

  • A proven track record with direct experience of HR related ERP implementations & benefits led transformation in public & private sectors
  • The ability to hit the ground running, using your skills in process mapping & re-engineering - Experience on Business Process Modelling Notation
  • Requirements Gathering & prouction of specifications
  • Experience of Agile methodologies, ideally SCRUM
  • Excellent communication skills
