The Role / Client:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join an excellent Retail & Hospitliaty Brand - The team are based in vibrant offices in West London. As the HR Manager you will exposed to lots of exciting projects and have the opportunity to express ideas to help shape the culture and people processes.

Main Responsibilities include

  • Hands of management of a team
  • Help support the operational team
  • Drive new starter and leaver processes
  • HR Manager experience
  • Manage all aspects of benefit administration
  • Produce management information and reports
  • Support the administration and reporting for annual bonus and pay review
  • General admin support

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Professional, able to maintain confidentiality at all times, yet will also have a sense of humour
  • Experience of working within a HR environment
  • Friendly, approachable and acts with humility and integrity at all times
  • Emotionally Intelligent; knowing when to talk and when to listen
  • Could be studying towards CIPD or part-qualified
  • Ideally worked in a fast passed sector - Hospitality or Leisure
