Salary: up to £23,000 plus benefits
Location: remote working with 2 days in Liverpool office

As HR Assistant you will be part of a wider HR team who strive to deliver a seamless service to all Partners and employees with your role providing a dedicated support in areas such as HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and reward.
A key focus of the HR Assistant will be to provide full HR administration support for approximately 890 employees and partners whilst also being the main point of contact for employees in other areas of the business
Key responsibilities of the HR Assistant;
*Being the first point of contact for all HR queries
*Preparing offers of employment and contracts for new starters and variations
*Full administration of the leaver process, to include inputting on the system, liaising with the leaver and the team
*Advising payroll of monthly changes, new starters and leavers and any deductions required from salary
*Accurate inputting of data on the HR system, such as holidays, absence and appraisal information
*Working with colleagues to identify patterns of sickness and report to the HR Advisors/Managers
*Completing all maternity/paternity administration and acting as a point of contact for employees
*Involvement in recruitment activity such as placing adverts, and carrying out interviews with the recruiting manager
*Assisting with the induction process
*Producing regular and ad hoc reports from the HR system
Key skills & experience of the HR Assistant;
*Previous experience of working in HR or Recruitment administration
*Self-confident, assertive, organised and highly motivated
*A strong team player;
*Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise, multi-task and ensure deadlines are met
*Proven experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders
*Ability to use initiative, taking a proactive approach to working;
*Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
*Strong IT systems skills
