HR Assistant – Wrexham – Temp

Immediate Start available and ongoing until the end of September. Due to the quick turnaround, my client has requested that candidates must have HR knowledge, as they will need to hit the ground running!

This role aims to strengthen and support the HR department through providing an accurate, efficient and effective administration process and service. The role will also support the execution of the HR strategy to achieve the business objectives. The HR Assistant will co-ordinate the activities required to meet the company quality standards and focuses on continuous improvement.

Duties will include:

• Manage and co-ordinate all administration tasks within the department such as; induction, recruitment and selection, new starters, leavers, employment changes, absence related documentation, training, performance reviews, appraisals, probation reviews, pay awards, absence, daily post, maintaining up to date and accurate personnel records & notice boards, minutes of meetings
• Support the line management team with first line general advice in line with the company policy, procedures and relevant legislation
• Monitor employee absence levels via the associated trigger points and organise and provide support in absence / investigatory/ disciplinary meetings when required, in line with the respective policies
• Maintain and utilise the HR database/ system through timely and accurate input and producing reports to assist with the provision of management information and KPI reporting

Onsite parking & facilities - Ideally candidates must be able to drive.
