An exciting HR Assistant opportunity has arisen work for a leading manufacturer in the East Lancashire area supplying into multi-national clients. With over 240 employees across the business this role is working within a fast paced, commercial yet people focused organisation.
Your new role
Assist management and payroll with the day to day operations of HR and personnel duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support.
Keep employee records updated as required.
Process documentation and prepare reports as required.
Advise on updates required to policies and procedures to keep in line with current legislation and/or Company requirements.
Assist in the coordination of HR projects eg. Meetings, health visits etc.
Take and produce minutes as required.
Provide support to the payroll department as required.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum 12 month HR Administration exposure ideally directly in a HR environment, the ability to communicate well at all levels, strong people engagement and rapport building skills as well as a willingness to learn.
What you'll get in return
