Alexander Lloyd are working with a large organisation based on the outskirts of Maidstone seeking an up and coming HR Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis for a 6 month fixed term contract.

Sitting within the busy Human Resources department you will be responsible for reducing the amount of files stored internally and changing the process into a paperless office as well as:
·All aspects of GDPR - maintaing the stored data
·Assisting with disciplinaries, investigations and absence report management
·Recruitment - reviewing headcount within the office
·Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

What do you need?
·Good knowledge of HR
·Proven working knowledge within HR
·Good working knowledge of Excel
