We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Employee Relations and a background in providing first line support to employees across a business. The role will involve looking after the 360 recruitment process including taking detailed briefs from line managers and advertising vacancies. You will screen and short list candidates and coordinate all interviews and process offer letters. Once new starters join the business, you will be in charge of their on boarding and ensure that they have a smooth transition into their new position. You will support the wider HR function with administrative duties and get involved with any adhoc project work that comes your way.
You have in the excess of 2 years experience in a HR Assistant capacity, coupled with a proven generalist background. This would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys going the extra mile and is passionate about developing a career in HR.
