We are a small, successful HR Consultancy business based in Burnley looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Assistant to join our friendly and flexible team.
We are passionate about offering commercial & straight talking Outsourced HR Services to businesses in the North West & beyond. Due to significant growth over the past 12 months we are looking for a new team member to support us in continuing to deliver an outstanding service to our valuable clients.
20-25 hours per week, working every day - £16k - £18k (Pro-rata)
- Populating offer letters and contracts of employment
- Drafting basic HR letters
- Reviewing company handbooks
- Client communication via email and telephone
- Carrying out reference checks
- Updating and maintaining HR databases
- Creating training course material
- Managing training course bookings
- Producing terms of business
- Updating and maintaining company website
- Producing monthly newsletter and updating all social media
- Promoting company services
- Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Free parking
