We are a small, successful HR Consultancy business based in Burnley looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Assistant to join our friendly and flexible team.

We are passionate about offering commercial & straight talking Outsourced HR Services to businesses in the North West & beyond. Due to significant growth over the past 12 months we are looking for a new team member to support us in continuing to deliver an outstanding service to our valuable clients.

20-25 hours per week, working every day - £16k - £18k (Pro-rata)

HR Assistant

  • Populating offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Drafting basic HR letters
  • Reviewing company handbooks
  • Client communication via email and telephone
  • Carrying out reference checks
  • Updating and maintaining HR databases
  • Creating training course material
  • Managing training course bookings
  • Producing terms of business
  • Updating and maintaining company website
  • Producing monthly newsletter and updating all social media
  • Promoting company services
  • Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
