Our Client is seeking a HR Assistant to support the HR Manager across the full spectrum of HR administration. Due to the responsibilities of the workload, ideally the candidate will have had experience of working within HR and hold the minimum of level 3 CIPD or equivalent qualification or experience.

As part of a small team, the HR Assistant will liaise between HR function, managers and employees, ensuring efficient and professional communication.

All of the daily HR activities will be required to be managed in a timely, accurate, customer focused manner and ensure legal compliance.

The HR Assistant will be required to have experience of using HR/Payroll and/or online Recruitment systems and be able to accurately calculate pay, annual leave and other contractual entitlements. You should be experienced in the preparation of all letters and/or contracts for new starters and any changes to employee terms and conditions, eg. Contract extensions, and flexible working.

As the HR Assistant you will maintain confidentiality in all matters, and take ownership of any query and/or issues raised, seeing it through to resolutions and keeping the HR Manager informed where appropriate.
