REED Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join a busy HR team as a HR Assistant. You will be supporting the HR manager enabling them to be able to provide effective support to 5 offices across Suffolk. Due to this being a varied and high pressure role we are looking for a team player who’s comfortable with frequently changing priorities.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Prepare documentation for new and existing staff members
• Ensuring records are up to date, accurate and that all company procedures are followed
• Administration duties such as, maternity leave, references, staff leavers, staff benefits and many more etc.
• Providing support when needed with recruitment
• Monitoring absence reports
• Provide support for new and on-going HR tasks
The annual salary for this full time permanent position is ranging between £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
