HR Assistant

I am recruiting for an HR Assistant for a client based in Frimley. You will join the existing HR team of 6 and you will act as the first point of contact for Managers, providing advice and support on all Employee Relations issues. For this role the client is offering an annual salary of £20,000-£23,000, depending on experience.

- Keep the HR Information System up to date, including inputting changes onto the system and sending out relevant contractual information to employees
- Handle employee queries, including holiday, pay and contractual queries – where necessary liaise with the in-house payroll team to help resolve issues
- Escalate queries where necessary
- Interpret, assist and advise employees on various matters, whilst always acting in line with the Company’s policies and using the appropriate framework
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including word processing, distribution of information, and organising and taking notes at disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings
- Other duties as reasonably requested

- CIPD part-qualified
- Previous HR experience
- A team-orientated and hardworking attitude
- A willingness to help the rest of the HR team with other duties as requested
- Excellent IT and communication skills
