The HR Assistant will report to the HR Manager and will be based in the heart of London. The HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining day to day HR activities and being focused as required within the business to work in partnership with local management.

Job responsibilities:

Recruitment

Ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment database
Maintain, log and track all CV applications, and co-ordinate all on behalf of your business areas and arranging appropriate feedback as required
Operate in a timely manner to obtain offer approvals in a timely manner and produce offer letters and employee files for all new hires

HR
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR team, managers and external recruitment agencies
New Starters and On-Boarding
Ensure welcome letters and starter packers sent to new joiners and appropriate documentation collected on date of joining
Manage on-boarding and produce new starter files to HR Operations and payroll
Close all reports for permanent employees in time for probation end
Work with HR Operations to ensure all appropriate paperwork is gathered for employee files in a timely manner
Assist with producing new starter induction packs
Liaise with Department Heads with regards to Probation Period reviews for new joiners
Process recruitment and pre-employment screening invoices in a timely manner
Maintain holiday database
Assist with expatriate induction documentation collection
Assist with arrangements for company-wide internal training

Profile

The successful candidate for the HR Assistant position should have:

HR administration experience essential
Knowledge of professional services is desirable not essential
Graduate in a HR related discipline is desirable but not essential

Job Offer

£27,000 to £32,000
