The HR Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant for their client based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. The company offer on site parking, are a welcoming and friendly environment and a very rewarding sector to work in.
The HR Assistant will be involved in supporting the HR Advisors as well as the HR Manager with various administration tasks including recruitment, sourcing, shortlisting and telephone screening candidates as well as being involved in interviews, supporting with implementing and embedding new policies and procedures, being involved in change projects, arranging internal meetings, supporting with new starter processes and being aware of all current employment law legislation.
The successful candidate will also be involved in processing disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as being exposed to low level cases in order to develop their skills.
The successful candidate will have a desire to develop and learn within a HR environment, have a basic HR background and/or be working towards a CIPD Level 3. The HR Manager is keen to develop the HR Assistant and therefore this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
