A great job opportunity in Bicester for an HR Assistant, eager to grow and develop, working for a multi-national manufacturer and supplier.

The Role

The HR Assistant will be responsible a range of HR admin tasks, reporting into the HR Manager

Who are they looking for?

The HR Assistant must have had some previous exposure to an HR environment. The role will also require good initiative, a desire to listen and learn and a particularly good attention to detail

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Updating all employee data on company HR system
  • Processing monthly employee payroll
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, such as placing adverts, communicating with candidates and preparing contracts
  • Other admin duties, such as responding to any HR related queries, project support & HR reporting
  • Support company training & development programs

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 6-months HR experience ESSENTIAL - with a sound basic understanding of HR processes
  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 Human Resources
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong written English skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient IT user - good with Microsoft Office
  • Good time management
  • Initiative
  • Problem solving
