HR Assistant/HR Officer job in Bath. Salary up to £25K with parking on site.

A well established and prestigious organisation based in Bath is seeking a highly competent HR Assistant to join their busy HR department. This is a newly created role offering great experience and exposure across the generalist remit.
Your new role
As the HR Assistant you will provide all first line support and guidance to the business. You'll support the HR team with all administration around the employee life cycle and will assist with all recruitment activity. You'll ensure HR records are updated and amend any changes to terms and conditions as well as ensuring the HR database is accurate, this will include inputting starters and leavers. This is a really varied role within a very busy and fast paced environment. The HR Assistant will be pivotal to the success and delivery of the HR function.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record of working within a supportive HR position and will of had exposure to the entire generalist remit. You will need to demonstrate working in a fast paced and ever changing environment with a good understanding of HR practices. If you hold a CIPD qualification this will be a huge advantage.
