Your new role
You will be managing various HR processes including starter/ leaver processes and managing induction days You will also be liaising with the payroll bureau to accurately process the monthly payrolls which include reconciling and validating the payroll and pension statements and dealing with the year end process. Additional responsibilities including updating and maintaining the HR database and processing all HR administrative duties for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have prior experience working in a busy HR environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need experience in calculations within payroll. In order to be successful, you will need to pass a numerical test.
