My Client a leader in their sector is looking for a strong HR Assistant to join their team for a temporary assignment.
Key Skills and Accountabilities -
- Managing the recruitment process, liaising with line managers and undertaking recruitment campaigns
- Pre-employment checks and on-boarding of staff as well as exit interviews
- Training coordination for all new starters and ensuring training is up to date with staff
- Inputting data and maintaining the HR System
- Compiling reports for monthly reviews/meetings
- Providing advice, guidance and support to manangers on all HR querires
Key Skills -
- The successful candidate must have experience working within an HR team.
