HR Assistant - Melton Mowbray - £18K to £21K - Temp or FTC
Our client, one of the leaders in their field, are now looking for some immediate HR support in the form of an experienced HR Assistant or Administrator. This role will either be an ongoing temporary role or a fixed term contract, however the likelihood to extend and even go permanent is high.
Reporting through to the HRD, the HR assistant/HR Administrator will support with all new starters and leavers processes, updating systems and setting up inductions for new starters. You will also help out with recruitment processes including helping to organise and run recruitment days for operational staff.
The HR Assistant/ HR Administrator will also support with contract generation and letters. There will also be a chance for this person to get involved with lower level ER issues including absence meetings.
To be successful in this role you will already have some HR administrative experience under your belt and be looking to expand on your knowledge in a fast paced environment. You will need to be adapt as using excel I order to help track HR data and also have good attention to detail.
