HR Assistant with ER experience

Your new role
A broad generalist role, you will have exposure to the whole employee life-cycle from on-boarding to exit interviews and payroll. With sites across the South East you will be also responsible for the ER side of the business with the support of a brilliant manager who will support your development through this process.

What you'll need to succeed
Drive and passion for best practice and resilience to work in a service driven environment. The aptitude to develop and grow in the role. Day to day activities will range and your organisation skills need to be impeccable. CIPD Level 5 would be expected.
