CCS | Compass Corporate Services are assisting with the appointment of the newly created HR Assistant post for an established and growing specialist care provider. This is a fantastic job and opportunity for someone who is starting out their HR career.

Overview

This is an opportunity for someone to start and develop a HR career with an organisation who are focused on development. Being a newly created HR position due to the growth of the business and workload increasing, to support the daily HR administrative tasks.

This role will be a full generalist HR administration role, which will include; offer documents, change correspondence, ensuring the database is maintained and up to date etc…

The right candidate for this role will have must be organised, have exceptional attention to detail and be a very people centric focused individual.

Criteria

  • NVQ level 2 HR Administration (or equivalent) would be highly desirable
