We are now looking for a HR Assistant to support the HR Director based at our award winning stadium: Allianz Park in Hendon, North West London. The HR team will deliver a high class service to our managers and directors. This is a new role which will allow you have input into the remit and design. For the right applicant, this position will have great career potential. The post requires someone who is either studying toward the CIPD qualification or someone who has held a career in the field but wishing to step back. Flexible working can be considered. It is essential that you are confident in your decision making, your reputation and integrity will be constantly challenged so you need to have a basic understanding of HR. You will need to gain the trust and confidence of the managers so they see you as part of the team. It is critical that you have knowledge and experience in policy design, first line disciplinary, grievances, first line recruitment (including contract raise), induction and exiting employees. I need someone who can promote our team's value to the business, who is an excellent support, who is professional and who has an exceptional keen eye for detail. The ability to use software packages is critical (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). This is an administrative heavy role as you will have a wide breadth of HR Support however supporting the HRD, you will have exposure to some exciting projects that will challenge you and make you feel valued.
