HR Assistant / HR Administrator

HR Administrator - Interim 12 Month FTC
Based in Birmingham
Paying up to £24k + Benefits

Our leading professional services client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR Operations team based in Birmingham. This is a very fast paced role and your main focus will be to work with both internal and external teams to provide administrative support to all parts of HR.

What you will be doing?

* You will work closely with internal and external teams as well as senior managers.
* Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes as and when required.
* Maintaining accurate employee records using both spreadsheets and databases.
* Answering both internal and external queries both by phone and by email.
* Managing course related costs to include purchase orders, invoices and any relevant processing.
* Testing of process or systems improvements in advance of roll out.
* Coordination of learning administration activities between the Project manager and the administrator.
* Production, scanning and print and dispatch of HR documents.
* Running basic reports from HR systems.
* Coordinating induction events for new starters.

What we are looking for?

* Experienced in a demanding HR administrative role with a good knowledge of HR policies and processes.
* Generalist HR experience.
* Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to provide an effective service.
* Good team player and confidence to communicate processes to managers.
* Able to prioritise work and deliver to tight deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

This role would suit somebody in a Resourcing Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Learning Assistant, Learning & development Coordinator, Administrator role.
