A slick marketing business based near Solihull is seeking an efficient HR/Resourcing Assistant to support the senior managers in providing key information and procedures. You will be integral to the business in assisting recruitment, implementing strategic resourcing and undertaking HR administrative duties.
The role will primarily involve an array of HR processes such as preparing employment contracts for new employees, conducting pre-employment checks, chasing references, involvement in leave procedures such as maternity and paternity and support of the training and development programme. This is a hugely varied position and will require the successful individual to show innovation, determination and professionalism in all areas. There will be a prominence on recruitment, resourcing and communicating at all levels.
You will have strong HR knowledge and experience alongside a methodical, analytical and flexible mind-set. With stunning offices and an excellent working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the door of a dynamic and trendy business.
Paying up to £30k depending on experience, the successful applicant will be attuned to extensive administration.
