HR Assistant - City Law Firm

Our client, a legal firm, is currently looking for a HR and Compensations & Benefits Assistant.

About the role

  • Supporting the maintenance and further development of the Flexible Benefits system and HR Information System (SelectHR)
  • Being responsible for providing business reports to the HR team
  • Running regular monthly reports
  • Responding to surveys
  • Administration support of annual processes
  • Supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager with the administration of the Auto-Enrolment (AE) of pensions
  • General administration of the Flexible Benefits portal
  • Ensuring the Compensation and Benefits Hub, CSR HUB and CSR Website pages are always up-to-date and accurate
  • Organising CSR champion
  • Acting as a key point of contact for queries coming in to the HR Helpdesk and effectively liaising with team members
  • Project work
  • Additional upcoming tasks
  • 9.30am to 5.30pm
  • 12-week probation period
  • 4-week notice period
  • Flexible benefit package (including pension, gym memberships, buy and sell holidays, and more)

Your Profile

  • 6 - 12 months working in a HR role
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excel (including formulas and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working with HR systems
  • Graduated in HR or related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and time limit
  • Enthusiastic
  • Highly organised
