We're recruiting on behalf of a well established market leading company in Deeside. THey are looking for a HR Assistant to join their friendly HR team to cover maternity leave for 6-9 months initially.

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor and working as part of a busy Human Resources team, you will get involved in supporting the team with duties such as disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as note-taker for formal meetings including investigation, disciplinary, grievance and absence management meetings as requested.
  • Assisting the managers with recruitment administration; placing internal and external adverts, arranging interviews, attending first level interviews as requested.
  • Assist in the onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • To process new starters, leavers and employee changes communicating changes to the relevant departments and completing the associated documentation.
  • Carry out general administration tasks for the HR department.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Completing general HR administration duties including typing, photocopying, scanning, filing and organising meetings

Requirements

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) to Level 3 or other recognised HR qualifications is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Experience in a similar role
