My client based within the Southall area are currently recruiting for a strong Administrator to join their HR and Training team. You do not need HR or Training experience just strong administration skills. The position will be for 4-6 weeks on a full time basis. You will need to be available immediately and have no holiday commitments within this time.
- Supporting the HR Assistant
- Note taking in HR meetings
- Supporting with processing contracts
- Filing new starter files
- generating communication for the site (manufacturing)
- Setting up new starters on the system
- Updating training records
- Supporting with inductions
You will be trained on the tasks required however good administration experience is a must.
