HR and Systems Coordinator - Permanent - Full Time - Eastbourne

My client, a country wide leader in their sector, are currently seeking a Strong HR Analyst to join their growing team.

Key Accountabilities

Assisting with the implementation of a new HR system
Responsible for collecting and presenting data on a regular basis
Maintaining and updating HR System, reporting on its capabilities
Collating, presenting and communicating data to key stakeholders
Manage on-going performance and development of HR systems
Training team members and managers on the on the HR system
Carrying out the HR Administration ensuring accuracy and service level agreements are met
Adhoc Administration tasks

Essential Skills

Tech Savvy individual 
Previous Management Information (MI) reporting
