Page Personnel are currently assisting a growing organisation based in Nottingham with the appointment of a HR and Payroll Manager to join a fast-paced environment.

Description

The responsibilities in this role are vast and varied including:

  • Taking lead on all company ER cases
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and improving HR systems and reports
  • Educating and supporting line Managers
  • Dealing with recruitment for the organisation
  • Employee engagement projects
  • Reviewing the benefits and reward package
  • Change management
  • Overseeing a small payroll team and liaising with the payroll outsourced provider

Profile

Ideal applicants will be from a proven HR background. Working knowledge of a multi-site role is preferable. CIPD is beneficial but not essential. This role would also suit and individual looking for their first HR Manager role.
