£17000-£19000 FTE (£8500-£9500)

Hays Accountancy and Finance are working together with our client in order to recruit a HR and Payroll Administrator on a part Time Basis; you will be required to work 20hours weekly. You will work as part of a small team reporting into the Manager. This is a varied and fast paced role where such duties will include:

Processing monthly payroll (circa 1200 employees)
Process new starters and leavers
Record employee absence
Maintain and update employee records on file
Child care voucher scheme
Assist with pension scheme
General Administration

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in HR and payroll, ideally with experience in both areas. It is essential you have diplomacy, have excellent attention to detail ,are quick to learn and have a "can do attitude"
