HR and L&D Administrator - Consulting to £24,000
This leading HR consulting organisation has an excellent reputation and is continuing to grow. It delivers a broad range of solutions to organisations and individuals covering both HR services and L&D.
Due to continued growth they are looking for an A level or graduate calibre candidate (or equivalent) to join their growing team. Some exposure to an HR or L&D environment is essential.
Assist the HR Consultancy team to proactively support clients to develop and deliver their HR solutions, such as drafting relevant documentation for approval.
Be responsible for the logistics associated with setting up a new client, this includes setting up clients' files and preparing Engagement Letters for authorisation by a Director.
Be responsible for maintenance of the HR Consultancy databases and spreadsheets, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure that all communication with clients is documented within file notes for the purpose of keeping accurate audit trails.
Ensure that all incoming and outgoing emails and letters are accurately stored within client files within a week of receipt/circulation.
Undertake research in key areas as required, including target clients as requested by members of the HR Consultancy team.
Assist the HR Consultancy Team to plan, deliver and organise Seminars and Training sessions, as required (both internally and externally).
Assist with all business development activities for the HR Consultancy team and be available for after work activities, as required.
Assist with travel arrangements for the HR Consultancy team.
Assist the HR Consultancy Team to undertake HR reviews at clients' premises, as required.
Compose correspondence, for review by members of the HR Consultancy team, ensuring compliance with the Firm's standards.
Ensure all documents produced are free from typographical errors and are grammatically correct.
Ensure that all filing is kept up to date and filing is carried out on a regular basis, and reorganise files as and when appropriate.
Deal with all incoming/outgoing mail.
Support the L&D Director in the administration of all training courses .
Ensure that the L&D diary, Events Agenda and any other tracker/folder is up to date at all times, accessible and legible.
Be the HRC co-ordinator between the clients and associates, proactively building relationships with both. In particular, communicating with the associates and the clients, anticipating both of their needs and resolving any dates/issues.
Ensure all materials are received by clients/associates well in advance of delivery date.
Process associate invoices whilst ensuring that an accurate log is kept of fees, disbursements and associates' rates that feeds into the billing process.
Liaise with client contacts to ensure room bookings, dates, delegate lists, feedback forms, etc. are properly managed.
Oversee the L&D Learning Management Systems in respect of the courses that are run, communicating with the IT providers, clients and HRC Directors.
