Your new role
Your new role will be to deliver and manage all employee data for your site. Key responsibilities of your will be to, maintain the HR information system and associated systems to enable accurate MI reporting; Administrate absence management through HR information system to minimise absence rates and promote positive employee relations; Collate and provide relevant KPI information in a timely manner, showing trends, and generating it in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence data to inform functional and business decision makers; Provide support to the HR Team in talent acquisition, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes to promote efficient service delivery and ensure new starter information is captured and uploaded to the appropriate HR systems.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have experience of working with a HR team analysing relevant data, be an experienced user of Excel and have previous experience of MI reporting.
