Are you all about HR Data, Analytics and Reporting? Do you have a passion for improving people process with trend analysis and well managed systems?
Initially on a 3-6 Month FTC but with scope for a permanent role, I'm looking for an HR Analyst / HR Systems Specialist for a new role in the Gatwick Diamond.
Working as part of the wider HR Team, you will be the overarching specialist of all things analytical in HR including:
Building a suite of HR Reports & MI
Use data to identify people trends and understand behaviours.
Working with the HR Leadership team to implement new people processes
Managing people data on sickness, absence, turnover, recruitment & Pay.
Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes across the business
To be suitable, you'll have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to think commercially and to turn raw data into useful information. You'll be highly computer literate with strong skills in excel and reporting.
You'll also be forward thinking and open to suggesting new ways of working and with experience of using HR Data and metrics to bring about new people policies and improve processes.
