HR Analyst for International Business

A fantastic business with a recognised international presence is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual for an exciting HR opportunity. This role will require you to utilise existing experience whilst adapting to the businesses culture and a changing environment. This is a highly analytical role in which you will be required to assist with projects in the businesses HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the HR databased operating in an analytical way in order to develop and improve process and procedure

  • Assist in training of the wider team and business on all relevant HR related systems and processes

  • Working closely with the HRBP on international projects

  • Professional production of monthly reports in line with projects and updates

  • Production of letters, documents and organisation charts

You must possess proven experience within an analytical position ideally within a HR capacity. This is a significant role in the transition of the firms HR processes. You will be required to carry out some international travel.

You must have experience in all of the above listed tasks. You should possess access to you own form of transportation due to the location of the business.
