Description

Reporting to a HR Director, the HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in supporting this busy manufacturing site based in Newtown.

You will support management and leadership with a wide range of people matters including but not limited to:

• Provide advice and guidance on HR Policies and Procedures
• Support with recruitment across this busy site
• Support with a wide range of employee relations casework
• Support with succession planning and talent development
• Support the HR Director and HR Business Partner with a wide range of HR Projects and initiatives
• Proactively support with wellbeing and enagegemtn initiatives

Profile

Ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR role.
