SF Recruitment are working in partnership with our thriving client who are looking to add a new HR Advisor to their team due to growth. One thing that is noticeable from the beginning with this business - they are absolutely committed to investing in their people!

You will be joining a fast paced, busy HR team - this is a very generalist role, and we are looking for someone who really wants to be integrated into the business.

Our client is looking to attract a HR professional who has a strong generalist HR skillset, as well as previous experience working at Advisor level. You will be CIPD level 3 qualified, if not CIPD Level 5 ideally with experience of a varied day to day workload.

You will be central to supporting the team with all things HR, including:
- First point of HR contact - provide advice on ER, HR policies and best practices
- Compliance - stay updated with employment laws and best practice
- Employee engagement - work and lead on initiatives that increase employee engagement, morale and wellbeing
- Talent development - recruitment, onboarding and training
- Coach and support managers on all HR matters
- Project support
