HR Advisor
Your new companyGlobal manufacturing business in Ellesmere is seeking to recruit an HR Advisor on a 15-month FTC. You will be joining a friendly, collaborative and motivating team and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where employee growth and development are highly valued.
Your new role As a HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR manager and deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business. You will work with line managers to provide general HR support and guidance regarding issues relating to recruitment, salary reviews, performance management, employee development, re-organisation, succession planning, employment legislation and employee benefits. You can expect the role to be varied and have exposure to the international business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive 'can-do' attitude, possess a broad range of generalist HR experience, and exhibit a strong eagerness to learn and actively contribute.
What you will need to succeed
- CIPD qualified or relevant experience
- Proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good understanding of employment Law

- Salary Circa £35,000
