HR Advisor - Adult Mental Health
Up to £30,000 pa, plus benefits
Based at the office full-time
Compass Corporate Services are partnered with a growing family-owned care provider across Kent, supported adults with highly complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses within supported living environments and residential, regulated by the CQC.
Reporting to the HR Manager, a very personable and organised HR Administrator, working within a busy HR team. Playing an integral part in developing processes which support the company to continue to first in class within the sector.
Managing all aspects of recruitment, advertising, selection, compliance, due diligence and onboarding
Managing the absence process end to end, reporting on absence, leading in meetings and providing advice to management on absence issues and long0term sickness
Maintain accurate employee records, compliant with CQC requirements
Conducting welfare meetings when required
Liaising with the payroll team for remuneration or benefit changes
Key Skills and Experience Required
Experience working within Healthcare, ideally mental health or heavily regulated sector
Active CIPD member, Level 3 minimum
Experience or awareness of the care sector and the CQC is desired not essential
Passionate about HR
Excellent communication skills, act with integrity
Will need to be double covid-19 vaccinated and provide evidence, due to nature of the business
