Unlike many HR Advisory positions this is a generalist HR role where you will be involved in most areas of the HR remit. It is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor with employee relations experience looking to further develop their broader HR competencies, or an experienced HR Administrator who is ready for the next step in their career.
As HR Advisor you will of course provide guidance and support to line managers in Employee Relations issues; including disciplinary, grievance and long term sickness. And you will conduct data collection and analysis of HRMI data which you will provide reporting and insights on to the HR team and wider business. However a large focus of this role lies in the coaching of management to provide them with the skills needed to self manage issues such as absence and sickness, allowing you to support the HR team on the wider HR strategy.
You can expect to support on policy writing, engagement initiatives, internal communications, HR projects and ad-hoc duties, whilst working in the head office alongside L&D and Recruitment you will gain exposure to these also.
What we're looking for?
The ideal candidate for this position will have 2/3 years HR experience and a level 3 CIPD. However the most important attribute will be your passion and personality, if you are a driven HR professional with ambitions to develop your HR career further then please get in touch.
