REED HR - Eastbourne - HR Advisor - Permanent - £32,000 to £36,000
I am currently recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of our client, a growing organisation based in Eastbourne.
Reporting to the HR Manager, duties include:
• Updating and maintaining the HR systems
• Assisting with the recruitment process including; placing job adverts, screening candidates, reference checking, arranging interviews and on boarding
• Issuing contracts and employment letters
• Assisting with payroll when required
• Tracking staff holidays and sickness
The ideal candidate will have:
• CIPD level 3 or 5
• Experience working within a HR function
• Proficient in MS Office
• Great attention to detail
