Jackson Hogg are delighted to be recruiting an HR Advisor for a growing business based in the South Tyneside region.
This is a newly created permanent role to support the UK HR manager and wider team. You’ll provide advice and guidance on people and HR related queries. Working with and advising managers with regards to recruitment, absence management, employee relations, HR projects, engagement and culture. You’ll also be responsible for keeping the HR systems, policies and procedures up to date whilst promoting a positive and safe working environment.
We are looking for a hands-on Advisor - Someone who is used to working in a commercially focussed, fast paced and dynamic environment and handling a generalist HR remit. Experience working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating as an HR Advisor / Officer and will hold or be studying towards a CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
