A globally established, highly corporate manufacturing organisation – employing a varied internal customer base of both white and blue collar staff – is seeking a highly capable, commercially focused and credible HR Advisor to join an existing HR function.
Based from the main manufacturing facility in Corby the role will be twofold; firstly you will provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base, with employees based in Corby and Edinburgh. Secondly, you will be responsible for HR analytics and metrics, ensuring process improvements throughout HR take place and are communicated to the business, whilst running reports across all aspects of HR.
To be considered for this role you will:
Be experienced in providing a highly generalist service to a multi-sited organisation;
Highly analytical with a focus on continuous improvement of the HR service offering to the business;
Have been involved in multidisciplinary projects;
Have been involved in proactive value-add HR initiatives including Talent Attraction, Employee Engagement, Performance Management etc.
This is a key role within a highly successful organisation; you will work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partners that will look for you to continue developing as a HR practitioner and grow your career.
