A part-time HR Advisor to join an established manufacturer in Lymington, 15-20 hours/week for 3 months.

I am pleased to represent a successful manufacturing business in the New Forest, who are looking for temporary support over the next 3 months. Established over 50 years, the company export their products to customers worldwide.
Your new role
This is a part-time role for 15-20 hours/week over 3 months, offering flexibility on days and start/finish times to suit as the business operate 24/7 across 3 shift patterns. Please note that this is a temporary position and will not offer a permanent opportunity beyond 3 months.
As HR Advisor, you will report to a supportive HR Manager and work alongside a permanent HR Officer. This role will provide Employee Relations (ER) support and guidance for all staff, including administration of case work from start to finish. You will arrange meetings, investigate ER cases and follow up to conclusion with calls/letters.
What you'll need to succeed
My client are looking for a confident communicator with good experience of ER case work, with strong administrative skills who can manage their own workload. A background as a HR Coordinator/Advisor in manufacturing will be an advantage, but the company are flexible on sector.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate (PAYE) of £14.37-£17.24, depending on experience.
