My Central London based Accountancy client is recruiting a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis with a salary on offer of £40,000-£46,000.
What does the role entail?
Your role as a HR Advisor will be a very generalist one covering the full spectrum of HR including some ER investigation – advising, coaching and supporting managers, contracts and extensions, compensation, benefits and onboarding and the full employee lifecycle including the exit process. You will also be involved in the company’s recruitment process recruiting a variety of positions, as well as supporting accountants throughout their educational development and training. You will also assist the HR Manager on policies and procedures, projects and other HR tasks and supporting with the development of the HR team.
What skills will make you a success in this role?
You will ideally have a relevant degree or CIPD qualification with experience working in a similar HR Advisor role ideally within the financial or professional services sector. Importantly you will need to hands on, willing and determined to learn and happy working in a fast paced and demanding role. You will be a sociable team player, committed, hardworking, personable and approachable with great attention to detail and communication skills at all levels.
