Our West London based client in the aviation sector, a well-known name in their field are seeking a talented and experienced HR Advisor to support the HR team as an HR generalist

What does the role entail?

As the HR Advisor you will be providing advice to the management team on all aspects of HR including employee relations specific cases, employment law, Company policy and procedure, equal opportunities and other legislation. You will also be training line managers on this remit as needed, as well as updating policies and handbooks as and when needed, and providing extensive case management on issues such as employee conduct.

You may also be providing workshops and other trainings, updating records, assisting the senior HR team on monthly reports, as well as all other ad hoc duties.

What skills do you possess?

To be considered for this HR Advisor role you will have experience working in a similar generalist HR role to the one listed above, as well as good UK law knowledge and extensive proven ER experience and case work, an added bonus would be Trade Union experience.

You will be a positive and friendly individual who is a team player but can also hold their own with managers when needed and also to get the best out of their team. You will be articulate and a great communicator both written and spoken with the ability to communicate affectively at all levels.
